Dibond

Dibond is the standard in galleries and museums. Two aluminium sheets bonded to a polyethylene core form a panel that is perfectly flat, rigid and surprisingly light - a 100 × 150 cm picture weighs just a few kilograms. The matt white surface takes UV printing with deep blacks and saturated colours and no reflections, so the artwork looks just as good in daylight as it does in the evening.

Dibond is resistant to moisture, UV radiation and temperature changes - it works in the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and even on the terrace. The edges are smoothly milled, so the picture needs no frame; it hangs on hidden standoffs or a rail (fixings are bought separately), so that it “floats” a few millimetres off the wall. It is the choice for those who want an exhibition feel at home.

Clear acrylic glass

5 mm acrylic glass is the most luxurious material at artMonte. We print the artwork onto the reverse of a crystal-clear acrylic (PMMA) sheet and then back it with a white underprint. You view the image through a five-millimetre sheet - hence the effect of depth, glassy gloss and colours that literally glow. Klimt's gold, Van Gogh's cobalts and Hokusai's blue take on an intensity that no other material can deliver.

Acrylic is lighter and many times more shatter-resistant than glass, and the polished edges catch the light. Acrylic glass looks best in modern and prestigious interiors - in the living room, study or reception. Mounting on chrome or black standoffs emphasises the three-dimensional character of the picture.

Foam PVC board

5 mm foam PVC board is a light, rigid and very durable material with a smooth, matt surface. UV printing gives clean, saturated colours with no glare, and the white base of the board brightens the lighter passages of the image. It is the best value for money in our range - especially for large formats, where low weight and easy mounting matter.

PVC does not absorb moisture and does not warp; it can be hung in the kitchen, bathroom or on a covered terrace. The picture is mounted with double-sided tape, hooks or standoffs, which you buy separately. A good choice for a child's bedroom, an office and anywhere you want a large piece of art at a sensible price.

Rigid material · 10 mm

Foam PVC board

10 mm PVC board is the “block” version of our prints. A centimetre thick, the white board gives the picture a solid, sculptural character - the artwork stands off the wall like a canvas on a stretcher, but with no frame and no visible fixings. The matt surface and UV printing ensure saturated colours and no reflections.

Despite its thickness the board remains light and rigid, resistant to moisture and sunlight. The edges are smooth and white, which contrasts beautifully with dark paintings. We recommend it for modern interiors, lofts and studies, and anywhere the picture is meant to be a distinct “object” on the wall.

Dispa board

Dispa is an eco-friendly board made entirely of FSC-certified paper. An embossed paper core with a honeycomb structure is faced with smooth white paper - hence a board that is exceptionally light yet rigid and stable at 3.8 mm thick. It is fully recyclable and contains no plastics.

The matt paper surface gives reproductions a soft, graphic character close to an original fine art print. Dispa is the choice for interiors where naturalness and environmental responsibility matter: the bedroom, children's room, office or cafe. Indoor use only; mount with tape, hooks or in a frame.

Smooth wallpaper

Smooth 350 g wallpaper turns an entire wall into a work of art. The thick, smooth 350 g/m² material is pasted in the traditional way, hides minor plaster imperfections and gives deep, matt colour with no sheen. Photographic print quality using non-toxic inks certified for living spaces - safe in the bedroom and children's room too.

We print the wallpaper in 50 cm wide panels, in formats up to 750 × 350 cm, so The Starry Night or Water Lilies can cover the wall behind your bed or an entire living room wall. In the configurator you enter the dimensions of your wall and immediately see which part of the artwork will land on it. It is exceptionally durable and stain-resistant, and after years it can be removed.

Linen wallpaper Premium

Linen wallpaper is our premium wallpaper: a vinyl material on non-woven backing of 270 g/m² with an embossed canvas texture. In the light you can see a delicate weave, so The Starry Night or Water Lilies look on the wall like a painting on canvas, not like a poster. The matt surface gives no reflections and hides minor plaster imperfections.

It is a contract-grade material: flame-retardant in class B-s1,d0 (reaction to fire according to EN 13501-1), breathable in accordance with DIN 53122 and DIN 52615, washable and resistant to soap, detergents, alcohol and ammonia. That is why hotels, restaurants, clinics and offices choose it - and at home it works anywhere you want art to look refined for years. Shell wallpaper

Shell wallpaper is a thick vinyl material on non-woven backing of 290 g/m² with a fine-grained surface texture - it resembles delicately sand-textured plaster. The texture scatters the light, so the image is matt from every angle, and minor imperfections and cracks in the wall disappear underneath it without filling.

The material holds a fire certificate in class C-s2,d0, is washable (mild detergent, damp cloth) and is intended for interiors: living room, bedroom, hallway, commercial premises. It is hung like a classic non-woven wallpaper - paste on the wall, dry strips onto the paste. Formats up to 750 × 350 cm; in the configurator you enter the dimensions of your wall and immediately see which part of the artwork will land on it.

Stretched canvas · 400 g/m²

Cotton canvas

400 g cotton canvas is the closest you can get to owning a masterpiece in its original form. The heavy, primed artist's canvas with its distinct, noble weave takes the UV print so well that Van Gogh's brushstrokes or Monet's misty patches of colour look as though they were laid down in paint rather than printed. The satin finish does not reflect light and needs no glass.

We machine-stretch the canvas over 2 cm deep pine stretcher bars - evenly, with no creases or slack, with metal staples on the back. The picture is light, ready to hang on a single hook and resistant to UV radiation, so the colours stay true for years. Available in the manufacturer's fixed formats: from 20 × 20 to 200 × 100 cm, in 3:2, 1:1 and 2:1 (panoramic) proportions.
